Investment

Our rates reflect the depth of expertise required for quality work.

• Handyman Services: $95/ hr
• Renovation Work: $105/hr
• Restoration and Fine Finish: Starting at $135/hr


Service Minimum

Small handyman jobs are billed at a $300 service minimum. This covers travel, setup, and up to three hours on site.


Materials

Materials are billed at cost plus 15%, which covers sourcing, pickup, and handling.


How Billing Works

Hourly work is billed on a time and materials basis, so you pay for the actual time on the job. Restoration projects are typically quoted by the project after an on-site assessment, with a deposit to schedule.
