Refinishing

We refinish doors and furniture in our home workshop. Having the work done off-site protects you and your family from lead dust and the harsh smells of refinishing solutions.

Rogers Park Condo

We did just about everything involved in painting and upgradeing this 2-bed 1-bath condo in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago. We selected colors and painted all walls, trim, ceilings, and doors. We replaced doorknobs and door hardware. We added built-in shelves, window treatments and curtains. In the kitchen, we painted the cabinets, ordered new appliances, and added a tile backsplash. We subcontracted the amazing flooring job.

Townhouse Common Areas

This owner needed a fast refresh for new tenants that were moving in soon. We painted all common area surfaces including kitchen, dining room, living room, the hallways and stairways.

Bold Baths and Accent Walls

This customer wanted to go big. We painted dark, rich colors in the bathrooms and accent walls. We painted the frames around the mirrors gold.

BEFORE
Not only was the outer framing damaged, but the structure was thrown off as well, causing the door to malfunction — it wouldn’t open and close using the remote control.

AFTER
We jacked the frame up and repositioned the structure to its original position. We then replaced and restored the damaged outer framing, matched the paint (no, it wasn’t plain white) leaving all evidence of the accident behind.

Garage Doorway Repair

Our customer backed into her garage door after a long day.
